The Governor's Mansion in South Carolina is protected by a fence -
and by various gates, by security personnel in the gatehouse just inside the grounds -
and by security personnel outside the mansion grounds.
This company, Force Protection, is near where I live.
Our military forces protect and defend. On the right is my daughter Tiffany during MOS training at Fort Monmouth, NJ.
Car seats protect little children. This one is protecting my grandson, Harrison.

Here's MINE Happy Saturday to you.
Great choices for this week's theme. Happy weekend!
Hi Sherry!
That's a lovely fence around the mansion and your daughter looks so tiny next to the really tall guy. It's a cute photo.
Stop by and see mine if you have the chance.

Nice series on protection. Isn't governor a bit overprotected though?
Have a great weekend!
Nice photos for this week. Mine's up too at http://prettyfabulous.blogspot.com/2009/04/photo-hunt14-protect.html
excellent post, tell Tiffany that the old sarge did MOS training at Fort Monmouth, NJ, 1963.
I love the contrast between all the "hard" protection and your little grandbaby! :-) Sweet!
Thanks for visiting!
Thank you and your daughter for your efforts.
Every one a great choice, the baby is darling too.
Wow! Excellent choice of pictures for this week's PH theme!

I love your take on Protection!
My oldest son is named Harrison, he turned 30 on May 28. I wish he would have a son to name Harrison! Only daughters so far. Your Harrison is beautiful!
Great picks for this week's theme. Your grandson is gorgeous!
Some great choices of protection. I'd love for you to stop by and see what protects me!
very typical for a politician to have that almost overkill protection.. ha ha
Your protection pics are great and your Grandson is very cute!
Hey, thanks for stopping by!
Wow, that guy in the army uniform next to your daughter sure is tall!
And your grandson is very skwuzzable!
Great take on protection. These photos are perfect for the theme. ;)
Nice photos. Is your daughter very short or is that guy HUGE?! Amazing.
I'm a little late with my PH this week; I'm catching up after a busy weekend. :)
