Happy First Birthday to my only grandchild, Harrison Cothran Brantley. He's in Denver and I'm in South Carolina, so I don't get to see him as often as I'd like, which would be every day!

Hope the cute little guy had a great day. I love those first b-day pictures where the kid uses hands to eat cake and ends up a big mess. It's about the only time in one's life that this behavior is socially acceptable. Happy first day of spring! Did you wake up to SC pollen all over your car too?
