It's supposed to be Wordless Wednesday in the world of blogs - a time for sharing photos instead of writing something. Well, I never have been able to stay wordless, which is somewhat of an understatement.
I'm with The Dawg at the Medical University of South Carolina Hospital in Charleston. He will have a valvoplasty tomorrow. We are in the new area of the MUSC complex, Ashley River Tower -- and it's nice!
Here's the view from The Dawg's window:

Admittedly, the view isn't the ocean or the river but it could be a whole lot worse!

It's the inside of the room that is nice. It's spacious. There's a great TV (for a hospital room) with loads of channels, movies, games and Internet access. I have my laptop, so we can both be on the Internet via wireless at the same time, although he hasn't been up to checking e-mails and such yet. Perhaps after tomorrow's surgery, that will change.
There's a small desk, a comfortable recliner and a place for me to sleep. And the food is delicious! Hospitals have certainly changed in the last few years!

I hope all goes well and he's up and about quickly. Good thoughts and prayers heading your way.
Have a terrific day. :)
It is a good view for a hospital window. Praying all goes well and he's feeling like new soon.
