Each Saturday in the world of blogs, there's a different theme for the Photo Hunt. Today's is chipped. Would you say this china is chipped? Well, perhaps just plain ol' broken is a better term, huh?
This pattern is Charnwood, one of my favorites. I ordered additional pieces and this is the way they arrived.

I do hope you got this sorted out with the supplier - not funny.
Lovely pattern too.
Oh my that is chipped. Better ask the retailer for a replacement. Nice theme
that's too bad, they look so pretty! hope they were replaced.
Hate when that happens! Sure hope you was able to get it replaced.
Chipped to pieces, for sure! It's a pretty pattern and I hope they replaced them. Perfect photo for this theme.
Thanks for visiting mine and have a great weekend!
Oh noooo!!! That would have made me cry so bad. They look lovely and I hope you were able to get them replaced.
woooWWW!! it were really chipped! soo sad! hope you can drop by on my site. thanks!
Bummer! I guess the only silver lining is that they provided a Phot Hunt shot!
I'm betting the more noise the package made the more the Post Office tossed it around. I'd say it qualifies as "chipped" ... and broken! :0)
OUCH!
That hurts.
This is my first time to visit the ex-spot. Love your title! Love your blog :-)
Yikes, this isn't good. Looks like the postal people were playing football with this package.
Have a terrific weekend. :)
Ouch! That is really awful. The design on the china is exquisite.

Oh no!
I like that pattern too.
Yeah, it's broken but I am positive it's chipped in multiple places as well! Sorry about your pieces.
I was going to order some replacements for my late mother's china but after seeing this I think I'll live without the missing pieces. I hope you were able to get replacements or a refund.
If you have time stop and see my photo hunt.
JyLnC's Chipped
I'm a 1st time visitor...but intend to become a long time visitor! I laughed so hard with your son Tree taking you to show and tell as a vertebrate! lol..thanks for making it silly tonight for me! Now, about those dishes...ummm..I'm thinking "refund" on the mailing?? at the very least? My hunt is up, not so tragic as yours, but non the less, horrid....I HATE MICHIGAN lol
Oh no! They were so pretty, too. I hope you were able to get the seller to replace them.
you still keep this for memories' sake? Looking at your portfolio, u certainly have tons of experience under your belt!
Oh, now ain't that a shame. I hope you can have it replaced without having to chip in. Looks gorgeous by the way.
Oh man! That's not cool at all! It's such a pretty pattern. We hope you got an in tact set. It would be very pretty in some kind of mosaic.
Ohhhh, that does hurt! I sure hope insurance covered this &/or they could be replaced to add to your set.... ;-) Bo
I do hope that package was insured! Thanks for visiting my hunt.
That's why I prefer paper plates! :)
Oof. What a mess. Whoever packed that clearly hadn't taken Bubblewrap 101.
Thanks for stopping by my entry, too.
(Sorry if this is a second comment. I just left one that seems to have been eaten.)
How sad! Do you know how to do mosaics? I know some folks who would love to get their hands on all those chips!
